Your Profile

You have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of people. Your ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident. Previous business to business sales experience is ideal and sporting achievements are also thought of very highly!

The Role

You will work as part of a target driven, recruitment sales team involved in all aspects of recruitment activity:
•Developing market and industry knowledge in your chosen discipline to an expert level.
•Researching and developing new client and candidate channels using bespoke and unique in-house research methods.
•Identifying and targeting new clients by telephone and email to qualify them and initiate business relationships.
•Name-gathering and headhunting potential candidates.
•Advertising for candidates and professionally handling response.
•Screening and qualifying candidates against suitable opportunities.
•Managing the recruitment process from initiation to placement completion.
•Consulting with clients over recruitment project delivery; timescales, job descriptions and interviews.
•Providing continual support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure high conversion ratios.
•Closing, confirming and managing commercial deals.
You will develop the professional, communication and commercial skills to present your company, negotiate contractual terms, manage and deliver recruitment projects.

The Company

You will work for a recruitment company who specialise in Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, Finance & Senior Executive recruitment. My client has been in the industry since the 1999 and have built up a very strong & successful reputation in the industry. Due to the growth of the business they are looking to recruit 6 consultants to start at the end of January/February. You can expect to earn uncapped commission on top of your basic salary with long term career progression.
