Working at Aspire Global Network

The Aspire Global Network  is one of the world’s top recruitment specialists within the exciting media, marketing, digital & creative sectors. These dynamic areas are constantly, and to meet demand we’re always looking for brilliant, outgoing and personable consultants to join the team.  We have six key brands within the group – PFJ, The Graduate Recruitment Company, RPCushing, Periscope, Aspire Asia in Singapore and ICUR in Sydney.

Joining one of our specialist teams is the best of both worlds – the security and benefits of a big company, but the in depth knowledge of your sector that comes from working in a small team.

Aspire Global Network isn’t your normal recruitment business. Staff retention is hugely important to us, which is why from day one you’ll be given an ‘Aspire’ plan to help map your career progression. You’ll set goals with your manager, and whether it’s consulting or management you want to pursue, they’ll be reviewed every six months and complemented with comprehensive training.

Unlike other agencies, we have a dress down policy and flexible working hours. If you start at 8, you can be gone at 5, but if you fancy a lie in, work 9.30-6.30.

And it’s not all work – we have our own ‘Ministry of Fun’ who organise social events throughout the year. On top of our regular incentives and our involvement with Team 2012, our social calendar is jam packed with everything from Dodgeball to attending Olympic events, football matches and concerts.

The financial benefits speak for themselves.

• Our consultants generally take home 35% of their billings
• We’ve paid out more than £1 million in bonuses in the last 12 months
• Half our staff have had a payrise in the year
• Our average fee has increased this year

So if you’re a high achieving, dynamic and entrepreneurial recruiter, ready to move into an exciting and constantly growing sector, please send your CV or give Charlotte Mullen a call on 020 7612 3901.
